The Board of Directors contracted for bulk rate cable TV several years ago, passing on a very significant savings to all owners. This savings is significant over what an individual would pay for the same services. It is not possible for individuals to purchase exactly what we receive in our bulk rate service, but the most comparable service would cost $65.82 per month.
