Managers Report

  • Financial review
  • Tree trimming after the storm
  • Bid for material only for reconstruction of the spa cover at  pool #1.  There is no plan to replace the spa cover at this time.  There has never been a spa cover at pool #2. 
  • Assessment payment books option discussed.
  • Assessment voting:  will follow the same secret ballot procedure as the election for the board of directors.

  • 17627 Fairlie, no new plantings authorized at this time.  After mulch is down along the wall, remove step up and re-seed grassy area. 
  •  Anonymous complaints (2)
  •  Qest leak between 17624 and 17626 Fairlie road:  re-plumbing has begun in that building; another large leak was discovered last week.  Plumber hopes to finish all four homes before Thanksgiving.

Unfinished business

  • Time extended for removal of satellite – owner has complied with request.
  • Owner appeal – letter submitted after the 10/15 meeting
