Call to order/opening remarks by President 7:10 P.M.

Meeting minutes for May 21, 2007 approved as submitted (MSC) 7:12 P.M.

Owners Forum (Owners may address the board - 2 minutes each)

Several homeowners attended and voiced their concerns regarding the state of the landscaping, landscapers goofing off, the raised HOA fees, peeling and rotting decks, condition of asphalt in driveways, buildings that need replumbing, and complaints against management.

Manager's Report 7:13 P.M.

  • Phone wiring. Board elected not to replace interior phone lines (MSC)
  • I-15 wall; landscaping, irrigation, paving
  • Financials
  • Spa vandalism
  • Plumbing priorities
  • Damaged garage
  • Play structure cost
  • Landscaping contract
  • Flexer letter. Board okays her arbor.
  • Property and general liability insurance quote

Violations 9:15P.M.

  • OWNER: NOXIOUS / OFFENSIVE ACTIVITIES…………..HOMEOWNER HAD OPEN FIRE PIT ON PATIO UNDER DECK. VIOLATION FOUND.
  • OWNER AND TENANT: CAR WASHING IN COMPLEX………..TENANTS WASHING A BLACK HONDA, IN FRONT OF THEIR GARAGE. VIOLATION FOUND.

Unfinished Business 9:40 P.M.

  • Water issues (Tabled until July)
  • Anderson & Kriger invoice

New Business 9:45 P.M.

  • Election procedures / rules / inspectors. Board elects to use outside services for the annual meeting (MSC)
  • How much budget detail should be included on the web site?
  • Will the board be directing landscaping / maintenance priorities?
  • Should the board discontinue bulk rate cable?
  • Satellite dish enforcement?
