Manager's Report 7:18 P.M.

• Fire damage & subsequent repair of unit #207
• Financials
• I-15 wall
• Merano, attorney payment plan
• Change date of February board meeting to 12th
• Update on the hiring of new landscapers

Violations 7:45 P.M.

Owner: Offensive Activity. Clothesline on patio with hanging clothes visible from the street. Complaint withdrawn.

Owner and Tenant: Failure to clean up after pet. The tenant's girlfriend's son walked 2 dogs and failed to clean up feces. Violation found, no fine imposed. (MSC)

Unfinished Business 8:00 P.M.

• Water issues discussed
• Board elected to ban car washing in the Playmor complex due to rising water rates. The fine imposed for this violation will be $50. (MSC)

New Business 8:35 P.M.

• None

Adjourn to Executive Session 8:36 P.M.

• Pending Liens / Foreclosures. Board resolved to record a lien on parcel #273-840-14-59 (MSC)
• The winners of the Christmas decorating contest are as follows: a tie for 1st place between 17486 Ashburton and 17595 Fairlie. They will each receive $40. The 2nd place winner is 17445 Fairlie Rd. They will receive $20.
