Violations 8:30 P.M.

Owner: No car maintenance in the HOA complex ... Broken down car parked in the unit's parking space (was given a verbal warning by Nick Arther which was ignored). Violation found, $100 fine imposed (MSC).

Owner: Debris in common area .... Water heater stored on patio. Violation found, no fine imposed. (MSC)

Owner Various (Refer to list in office): Debris in common area. Violation found, $50 fine imposed. (MSC)

  • The Board elected to secure utility cabinet hose bibs (MSC).
