Two owners voiced concern regarding dog owners’ failure to pick up after their dogs

Owner:
1. Noxious/offensive activities/loud noise: kids banging balls on garage
2. Bicycles in common area other than driveways: boy riding through landscaping
3. Damage to common area: boy digging in landscaping

No violation found (MSC)

Owner and tenant:
1. Noxious/offensive activities/loud noise: t. v. heard through wall
2. Vehicle unattended in driveway: Honda blocking neighbor's garage

1. No violation found (MSC)
2. Violation found-fine $100 (MSC)

Owner:
1. Guest speeding, squealing tires in driveway and
2. Teenage son throwing trash in planter box near corner of unit.

2 violations found:
1. $50 fine imposed for littering
2. $50 fine imposed for noxious and offensive activity (reckless driving) (MSC)
