Homeowner addressed the Board regarding a plumbing issue.

The proposed letter to an owner that was authored by the Board president explaining the Boards position on the subject leased parking space was approved. (MSC)

One owner's plumbing issue discussed – Manager will work with the owner to reach accommodation.

Violations 7:53 P.M.

  • Owner: Howling dog left on patio. No violation found (MSC)
  • Owner and Tenant: Destruction of common area by 1. Children hammering on building wall and 2. Destroying of split rail fence. No violation found (MSC)
  • Owner: 1. Guest speeding, squealing tires in driveway and 2. Teenage son throwing trash in planter box near corner of unit. Two violations found: 1. $50 fine imposed for littering 2. $50 fine imposed for noxious and offensive activity (reckless driving) (MSC)
