    Failure to clean up after pet/pet not on leash………teenage girl with 2 large dogs (one unleashed). She had no bag with her to clean up after dog. Violation found: $150 fine imposed (MSC)

    In pool/spa before 7:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m.…………security dispersed a cookout at 10:20 p.m. at pool #1. Violation found: $100 fine imposed (MSC)

    In pool/spa before 7:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m.…………security reported that 4 people were asked to leave pool area #2 at 10:40 p.m. Violation found: no fine imposed (MSC)

    In pool/spa after 10:00 p.m.……….security reported. Violation found: $50 fine suspended through 09/30/06 if no further violations (MSC)
