One owner shared various concerns she had regarding her unit. Manager will write letter addressing all of her concerns.

Manager’s Report 7:30 p.m.

  • Leak and mold issues at two units.

    In pool/spa after 10:00 P.M.…….per summit security, a large family group was at pool at 10:47 p.m. They were apologetic and polite when asked to leave.

  • Owner
    Unauthorized use of parking space……….anonymous homeowner called in that an older, green (she thinks) vehicle parked in her space at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 25. The homeowner went shopping, came home at 3:00 p.m. and the car was in her space and the space next to hers, with all four doors open
    Violation found no fine imposed (MSC)

  • Water issues-tabled until August meeting
  • Car washing in complex-tabled until August meeting
  • Election procedure issues-tabled until later meeting
