Call to order/executive session with Lauri Croce discussing lawsuit 7:10 P.M.

Adjourn executive session / President called to order general session 7:29 p.m.

Meeting minutes approved for December 9, 2005 (MSC) 7:30 P.M.

Owner’s forum: owner speaks regarding issue with leased parking space 7:35 p.m.

Violations:

• Owner and tenant: Loud television heard through the walls. Violation found: $150 with suspension if no more complaints (MSC)

• Owner and tenant: Tenant parking in another resident’s parking space. 2 violations found: $100 + $200 fine imposed (MSC)

• Owner running a taxi business from his residence and having multiple taxis parked on street. No violation found (MSC)

• Owner: Beer cans left on steps and landscape at corner area behind office. Tabled until February board mtg. (MSC)

• Owner: Teenage party, drinking outside, loud music, cars all over neighborhood with blaring music. Postponement request granted (MSC)

• Owner: Excessive noise. OBE (overcome by events) / wrong address (MSC)

• Owner: Loose dogs. 2 violations found: 1. Loose dogs $100 and 2. Not cleaning up after dogs $100 (MSC)

• Financials reviewed by manager
• Board resolved to record liens on parcel #’s 273-840-13-62 and 273-840-13-40 (MSC)
