Owner’s forum (owners may address board - 2 min each) 7:11 p.m.

Natalie Zadi (sister of owner Lana Arushanyan who doesn't speak English) asks questions regarding the satellite dish that is attached to the Residence of Lana Arushanyan)

Violations:

• Owner: Failure to clean up after pet. No violation found (MSC)

• Tenant: Beer cans left on steps and landscape at corner area behind office. 1 violation found: $50 imposed for trash/refuse left in common area (MSC)

• Owner: Teenage party, drinking outside, loud music, cars all over neighborhood with blaring music. No violation found (MSC)

• Owner: Howling dog left on patio everyday. No violation found (MSC)

Manager's Report 7:36P.M.

• Financials reviewed by manager
• Board resolved to record liens on parcel #’s 273-840-15-39
• Cal Trans postpones construction of sound wall until may/June 2006
• Final draft of new rules book is reviewed by board members
