• Fire damage & subsequent repair@unit #207 discussed
• Leak and mold issues at units #275, #276 and #226 discussed

  In pool/spa after 10:00 p.m…….per summit security, 2 adult females and 2 children in pool at 10:18 p.m. were cooperative when asked to leave.

  Children under 14 in pool/spa without adult supervision…………6 yr. Old little boy coming in the pool area with key by himself to retrieve ball (3 times with an eye witness)

  Anonymous tenant witnessed 2 teens in pool #1 throwing furniture in pool, screaming at and harassing other pool goers, making pooping noises and defecating in the pool.

• Election procedure issues. The board completed the survey, the results were forwarded to Anderson& Kriger for inclusion in Playmor’s new election procedures rules
• Merano Inc. Lawsuit. Board voted to postpone the acceptance of the discount (MSC)
• Letter was written by manager and sent to owner regarding the issues she discussed during the Owner’s Forum of July’s board meeting
• Car washing in complex-tabled until August meeting
• Election procedure issues-tabled until later meeting
