2 adult females and 2 children in pool at 10:18 p.m. were cooperative
when asked to leave.

Anonymous tenant witnessed 2 teens in pool #1 throwing furniture in
pool, screaming at and harassing other pool goers, making pooping noises
and defecating in the pool.
Violation found, $150 fine imposed & 90 day suspension from pool (MSC)

survey, the results were forwarded to Anderson& Kriger
for inclusion in Playmor’s new election procedures rules
- Merano Inc. Lawsuit. Board voted to postpone the
acceptance of the discount (MSC)
- Letter was written by manager and
sent to owner
regarding the issues she discussed during the Owner’s Forum
of July’s board meeting
- Car washing in complex-tabled until August
meeting
- Election procedure issues-tabled until later meeting
