OWNERS FORUM 7:07 P.M.

Owner requested architectural approval to change his front door. Request denied due to lack of continuity. (MSC)

MANAGER'S REPORT 7:09 pm

• Financial Review
• Architectural change request for a new door that was installed on Ashburton Road residence. Request denied (MSC).
• I-15 freeway expansion sound wall update: according to Cal-Trans, construction of Playmor’s new sound wall will begin just after January, 2006.

VIOLATIONS 7:30 pm

• Owner: Unauthorized architectural change (disposal vent pipe thru exterior wall). No violation found: problem was fixed to maintenance standards. (MSC)
• Owner: Unauthorized architectural change (two inch pvc pipe attached to building and penetrating wall). No violation found: problem was fixed and passed managers inspection. (MSC)

NEW BUSINESS

• Adopted proposal from Joe Perna, CPA, to conduct the annual audit for Playmor. (MSC)
