Owner - Requested board look into obtaining a verbal quote from another
garage door system firm.

VIOLATIONS 7:27 pm
- Owner and Tenant: Parking in another owner's assigned parking space
weekend of January 13-16. Violation found: $200 fine imposed (MSC)
- Owner: Running a business from a unit that creates additional vehicle
traffic within the common area February 1, 2005. Violation found: $150
fine imposed for the appearance of funning a business. If the vehicle
is permanently removed from the property prior to April 1, 2005, the
fine will be suspended. (MSC)
- Owner: Leaving a vehicle unattended in the fire lanes/driveways on
February 7, 2005 (1). Violation found: $100 fine imposed. (MSC)
- Owner: Leaving a vehicle unattended in the fire lanes/driveways on
January 30, 2005 (2). Violation found: $100 fine imposed. (MSC)
- Owner: Leaving
a vehicle unattended in the fire lanes/driveways on February 2, 2005
(3). Violation found: $100 fine imposed. (MSC)
- Owner: Leaving
a vehicle unattended in the fire lanes/driveways on February 5,
2005 (4). Violation found: $100 fine imposed. (MSC). Regarding the
owner, $300 of the total fine of $400 will be suspended pending no
further parking violations ever.
