Financial Review
Architectural change request for a new door that was installed on Ashburton road. Request denied (MSC).

Owner: Working on limousine in the common area driveway in front of assigned parking spaces and garages. Violation found: $50 fine imposed (MSC)
Owner and Tenant: Inoperable vehicle remaining in the project for more than 48 hours ('67 Mustang apparently inoperable for several months). Violation found: $50 fine imposed (MSC).
Owner and Tenant: Riding red Moped on interior sidewalks and across the grass and yards of adjoining units. Violation found: $50 fine imposed (MSC).
Owner: Unauthorized architectural change (disposal vent pipe through exterior wall). Tabled until May 16 2005.
Owner: Unauthorized architectural change (two inch PVC pipe attached to building and penetrating wall). Tabled until May 16 2005.

The owner of unit #187 requested his late fee be waived. The Board denied the request (MSC)
The Board unanimously approved and adopted the Internal Dispute Resolution to become a part of the annual mailing to all members in compliance with additions made to California State Law governing HOAs (MSC)

The Board of Directors unanimously approved the annual budget for fiscal year '06
