MANAGER'S REPORT 7:22 P.M.

• Financial review
• CAI legislative update. Letter will be written that each board member can sign to be sent to the legislature. Regarding legislative update, the bill we discussed was vetoed by the Governor.
• Owner/Tenant court case reviewed by Jeff Wilson for the board. The judge approved all of the fines but there was a value associated with the tenant moving away.
• Owner: requesting common area key returned prior to October 1 2004. Board granted her request and the key was issued that evening (MSC).

VIOLATIONS:

None

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

CC&Rs and bylaws were approved by the membership; enough votes were received on August 17, 2004. Request will be sent to Anderson&Kriger for them to be recorded. (MSC)

Annual Meeting Discussion:

• Hors D'oeuvres and drinks will be served

• Garage doors and vinyl patio walls will be introduced

Annual audit approved by the board. Notes will be sent to the membership with the next month's statements (MSC).
