• Financial review

• I-15 expansion. Playmor will actually gain approximately 6,000 square feet of land on the west side of a new sound attenuation wall. The wall will be solid masonry and will average 11 feet in height.

• Owner: Requesting mirror replacement in her unit. Manager will compute useful life left and funds will be dispersed accordingly (MSC).

VIOLATIONS:

OWNER AND TENANT: Vehicle unattended in unauthorized parking space. Violation found, no monetary fine imposed.
