- KISLAK LOAN TERMS OUT THIS WEEK AT A 10 YEAR FIXED RATE OF 6.25%.
- METAL SHEETING WILL BE FORM FITTED AND ADDED TO THE BEAM EXTENSIONS ON BUILDINGS AS NEEDED.
- SOME SIDEWALKS NEED TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED ESPECIALLY WHERE THEY WERE DAMAGED BY HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND TREE ROOTS. MANAGER WILL FACILITATE THE COMPLETION OF THAT WORK.

- OWNER/TENANT: NOXIOUS AND/OR OFFENSIVE ACTIVITIES. NO VIOLATION FOUND
- OWNER/TENANT: EXCESSIVE NOISE, EXTREMELY LOUD MUISIC FROM 2-4 PM ON JANUARY 25, 2004. VIOLATION FOUND, $25 FINE IMPOSED. (MSC )
- OWNER/TENANT: EXCESSIVE NOISE, EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC FROM 9:30 - 10:15 PM ON FEBRUARY 4, 2004. VIOLATION FOUND, $25 FINE IMPOSED (MSC )
