  • TWO ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE REQUESTS WERE TABLED PENDING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • RESIDENT REQUEST TO CREATE ADDITIONAL WALKWAY FOR STROLLER DENIED (M.S.C.)
  • HOA TO PAY FOR COMPLEX PORTION OF ONE SHOWER REPAIR/REMODEL VIA THE DEDUCTIBLE IF $250 OR LESS (M.S.C.)
  • NO SUMMER SECURITY TO BE HIRED UNLESS HOA SEES AN INCREASE IN PROBLEMS (M.S.C.)

TREASURER's REPORT

QUARTERLY BUDGET MEETING WAS HELD. THE TREASURER REVIEWED RECONCILIATION OF THE ASSOCIATION'S OPERATING AND RESERVE ACCOUNTS. BUDGETED REVENUE AND EXPENSES HAVE BEEN COMPARED TO ACTUAL FOR EACH ACCOUNT. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVED THE REPORT.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

  • NO COMMENTS RECEIVED FROM TWO RESIDENTS ON FINE INVOICES, THEREFOR FINES PREVIOUSLY ASSESSED STAND
  • RESIDENT SUGGESTED SHE WOULD CHANGE THE UNAUTHORIZED GLASS TOP DOOR FOR ONE SIMILAR TO EXISTING DOORS, BOARD APPROVED (M.S.C.)
  • R. RICE AND D. BURKE TO JOIN RESIDENT IN SEEKING A SOLUTION ON WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE SKATE BOARDERS
  • SUGGESTED FRONT DOOR LIGHT FIXTURE REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON THREE UNITS FOR REVIEW BY HOA BOARD
