UNFINISHED BUSINESS

  • R. RICE, D. BURKE AND ONE RESIDENT HELD A MEETING WITH SOME OF THE SKATEBOARDER'S PARENTS. DECISION WAS NOT TO BAN SKATEBOARDING BUT TO NOTIFY PARENTS VIA VIOLATIONS AND THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTROL THE PROBLEM. SKATEBOARDING BAN FAILED FOR LACK OF A MOTION.
  • SUGGESTED FRONT DOOR LIGHT FIXTURE REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON THREE UNITS FOR REVIEW BY HOA BOARD. BOARD LIKED PROPOSED REPLACEMENT BUT POSTPONED DECISION TO NEXT MEETING PENDING DEVELOP OF A REPLACEMENT AND PAYMENT PLAN.

NEW BUSINESS

CPA JOE PERNA'S ANNUAL AUDIT PROPOSAL APPROVED. (M.S.C.)

VIOLATIONS

  • RESIDENT APPEALING FINE. BOARD APPROVED ATTORNEY JOEL KRIGER TO ANALYZE SITUATION AND ADVISE AS TO PURSUIT OF PAYMENT.
  • NOXIOUS, OFFENSIVE & UNSAFE BEHAVIOR
  • CONDOMINIUM USE: OPERATING A BUSINESS OUT OF GARAGE
  • NUISANCE: EXCESSIVE DOG BARKING
