MEETING MINUTES OF June 18, 2001 WERE APPROVED AS AMENDED (M.S.C.).

ONE OWNER AND HIS TENANT WANTED TO KNOW WHAT COULD BE DONE ABOUT THE ILLEGAL AFTER HOURS ROWDINESS IN THE POOL AREAS.

MANAGER´┐ŻS REPORT

  • DISCUSSED RESIDENT'S INSURANCE COMPANY REFUSAL TO PAY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY INTERNAL WATER LEAK IN UNIT. ALLSTATE'S DECISION IS THAT PLAYMOR IS RESPONSIBLE. ASSOCIATION'S INSURANCE ADJUSTER IS INVESTIGATING.
  • FY02 AMENDED RESERVE STUDY PRESENTED TO BOARD DUE TO MINOR YEAR END CHANGES - BALANCE BROUGHT FORWARD.

TREASURER's REPORT

FISCAL YEAR END BUDGET MEETING WAS HELD. THE TREASURER REVIEWED RECONCILIATION OF THE ASSOCIATION'S OPERATING AND RESERVE ACCOUNTS. BUDGETED REVENUE AND EXPENSES HAVE BEEN COMPARED TO ACTUAL FOR EACH ACCOUNT. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVED THE REPORT. THE FINANCIAL COMMITTEE CLOSED PHYSICAL YEAR 2001 (EXCEPT FOR JUNE RECONCILIATION WHICH IS PENDING).

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

REPLACEMENT FRONT PORCH DOOR LIGHTS ISSUE WAS TABLED UNTIL SEPTEMBER MEETING.

  • GUEST CLIMBED THE FENCE INTO & OUT OF POOL/SPA AREA
